Hmmm okay I guess. I feel Yi could kill tanks regardless cause great life steal and true damage and immune to attack speed slows. Like you don't even need armor pen at all cause true damage, like you said just get more AD, it's more valuable cause true damage. True damage.

Ok so when building Yi there are generally two builds. The one you just posted is On-Hit Yi, Last Whisper is built on Crit Yi, or at least it was until recently it doesn't seem that necessary. Or maybe Platinum players are all bad, idk
