Where's the Nautilus hotfix?

Having too either ban him or play him is pretty annoying and he is broken currently with the overbuffed cc. Engage is stronger than poke right now.

But still no one is playing him top even though people tried after the buffs. If riot want too make tanks viable again top, they want too take a look at solo lane tank items and top lane itself. If you play top I would recommend getting locket because it probably gives you more than solo lane items.

Also Thresh should a nerf before Naut oviosuly but he is the Lee Sin of supports I suppose.
