While I like the direction Riot is trying to take Leblanc (out-thinking her opponents to death as opposed to brutal, in your face damage) her stats are atrocious since they gutted her damage. I mean, just look at these numbers. It's pathetic how far she's fallen.

Omnem Occido1 votesAfter 7.5 where they halved the damage and scaling on her w, her win rate went down from 52.3% down to 41%. Sure, in the LCS, they'll be able to use her efficiently, but greater than 99.999% of players are not pros. The abysmal winrates are reflective of us mortals.
