An honest list of champions I struggle to deal with and would be very open to tips. Note that all "Git Gud" or shit along those lines will be reported. I'll provide the problem with said champion. I am currently a Silver V Jungle Main

Akali - After 6 Fighting with her.

Annie - Insane lock down deletion, no chance to react.

Caitlyn - That absurd range and safe poke.

Draven -** Auto-Attacks that chunk me.**

Fizz - **His ENTIRE kit and absurd amount of damage. ** Garen - His massive tankiness and kit (Actually No skill kit)

Karma - Can't get away from the snare and the punishment she dishes.

Leblanc - Getting away from chains range (if it hits)

Veigar - One-shotting potential

Yasuo - Do I even need to explain why?

Zed - Free poke and escape potential.

Akali - After 6 Fighting with her.

Hard CC, Lockdowns, Burst. OR. Extreme tankiness/durability, sustain and continuous DPS. Don't stand near her invisibility shroud when it's up, she can reset burst attacks on you multiple times. Or bait her out then CC chain/combo burst.

Annie - Insane lock down deletion, no chance to react.

Flash out of the tibbers ult, or get a champ that is survivable enough to live through the rotation. Rush Magic resist and hp items.

Caitlyn - That absurd range and safe poke.

Stay out of poke range / don't take poke. OR. Lifesteal up the poke on minions. Don't run in a straight line at her, she'll .50 cal net you and crit headshot all day.

Draven -** Auto-Attacks that chunk me.**

CC/Chunk him back, or run away (Unless you're jax).

Fizz - His ENTIRE kit and absurd amount of damage.

Don't play a super squishy immobile champ. Wait for him to use his E/Q combo then burst. Watch out for his AutoAttack/W combo; the W (bleed over time effect) burst damage was BUFFED recently, so he can chunk you really hard. Buy MR and Zhonyas if you're a mage; Hexdrinker / Maw if you're AD / etc.

Garen - His massive tankiness and kit (Actually No skill kit)

Super easy. Kite him. Or play a tankier bruiser/juggernaut. Maxing his E will crit and shred armor (recently buffed). Don't stand in his spin zone. Kite kite kite. Soft CC works here too. Slow him down after he uses his Q, not before. His Q removes slows/etc.

Karma - Can't get away from the snare and the punishment she dishes.

Not as annoying as a Zilean, trust me. She has a max range on the tether snare; either get out of it if you have high mobility (think Tryndamere's E dash for example), flash out of it if you can't and are about to die, or go in instead of out and start doing damage the moment she tethers you. Dodge her empowered Q's (I think?) the AoE zone blast that hurts when it hits and if you stand on it. If you can't / didn't dodge it, just get out of the AoE slow circle before it does more dmg. Chase her down and burst her if you can, if not just wait for her cooldowns to poke.

Leblanc - Getting away from chains range (if it hits)

Stay at odd angles. Always move around. Stay behind minions (her chains will hit a minion if they're in the way). If you do get hit by a chain and she doesn't combo another chain on you, get out and move at diagonal angles. Always dodge, always look for her dash circle, LB players tend to leap back to it. You can time a few attacks to where she lands if you're quick. Otherwise, hard CC takes her out. Zhonyas stops her, MR stops her. Stay out of the area when she throws her mark on you; it'll make her other spells do more damage when combo'd.

Veigar - One-shotting potential

Get a more mobile champ (think fizz; completely shits on veigar); or get a very durable champ with range/cc. Veigar is immobile and weak early on. Take barrier/flash with you if you're also a squishy AP mage, or get a sustain champ, or someone with long range CC. His Q is on a low cooldown so it's his main spell to max, but it's very short range and directed ability. Dodge those, don't let him hit you too often it'll let him stack more AP. His W is extremely easy to dodge since it takes a while to land, but has some AoE. It hurts later, just look for the landing zone and stay away. Don't get caught by his E (AoE stun circle). If you're in the middle/inside, juke his combo. he'll always do a Q and/or W after using E. Wait for one, dodge it, and try to dodge the next.

About the ult: either get zhonyas and make sure you have impeccable timing (his ult takes a second or so to reach you the further he is away from you), or get a lot more MR. Guardian Angel / Zhonyas / Edge of Night is the bane of veigar. Or play someone really tanky / sustain.

Yasuo - Do I even need to explain why?

Tuck your head between your legs and cry. Nothing can be done against a fed Yasuo.

If you're laning against him: don't let him land free Q strikes. Don't stay in the minion waves, he'll E through them all and make your life miserable trying to land abilities on him. Bait out his windwall if you're a ranged champ or just go in on him if you're melee. Jax, Trynd work well. Try to always dodge/juke his ultimate. Play someone with more mobility, or more durable. If a tank, rush Randuin's Omen, Sunfire and Thorn or some other armor/hp item. Malphite makes him cry.

Zed - Free poke and escape potential.

Don't let him combo you with multiple shurikens/strikes, it'll let him trigger more damage on you for his ult etc. Get zhonyas if squishy, or GA if tank/bruiser. Play like you're against Akali. Malphite makes him cry, so does item 3053

Akali suffers from all-in syndrome, if she goes in lock her down and kite.

Annie required her stun to be at 4 or 5 to be a threat, otherwise she can be demolished.

Caitlyn is high ranged but squishy as hell. A well placed CC can shut her down

Draven item 3075 and CC

Fizz... dunno.

Garen %health damage screws him.

Karma Yeah I'm lost here, her poke and escapes are stupid.

Leblanc CC

Veigar Shut him down early, it will keep his stacks at bay.

Yasuo gets destroyed by all-in CC or poke from Brand and Malzahar.

Zed CC and positioning.

I'll chip in about Garen, since it's my main.

The thing is, Garen is very straightforward and predictable. Yeah, in plenty of cases, you just can't win against a Garen. But on the other hand, HE can't force YOU to fight. Just learn to recognize and respect the threat he poses, and if he would win, simply don't fight. Stay under tower and wave-clear (because even if he out-pushes you, he can't really make impact-full roams) or wave-clear ASAP and roam yourself (but be careful to not let him alone against your towers for too long). Only fight if you have something to win, and don't try to kill him just for the sake of killing him.

And I just noticed you said you're Jungle. Well, be careful if you want to dive a Garen. He is even more tanky than he looks with his W, so the last thing you want is try to dive a Garen with 20% HP under his tower, fail, and give him a double kill. Also, if you are the Villain (because you made kills on other lanes), 98% of the time you shouldn't try to gank him, just continue ganking the other lanes where you have more success. Because Garen can basically 1-combo anyone who's the Villain with %maxHP True damage. Yes, EVEN if he is currently 0-3. Garen punish Villains, period.

If your Toplaner is feeding though, I don't have much advice to give. Try to snowball another lane harder than he is snowballing himself, but it will be a hard game anyway if the Garen has a decent grasp of macro plays, and there is not much you can do about it. But in any case, don't waste your time trying to help you losing toplaner. A fed Garen will kill one of you and escape with 2% HP, and it's not luck, it's just how the champion is made. If your toplaner is tilting/spamming, don't hesitate to mute him. You don't want to get baited in a bad fight by someone who is obviously not up to the task.

Build-wise: you don't need executioner calling : the grievous wound wears off before Garen passive kicks in. If he builds mostly AD+HP items, BotRK/Liandry is good. If he goes full tank, you need a Cleaver/Last Whisper. If you have Hexdrinker and you are not the Villain, that can protect you against his ult (which is magic damage against regular enemies), and he often builds Sunfire (which is magic damage too), but the majority of his damage is still physical. But beyond the issue of what item to choose, I repeat, the key against Garen is choosing your fights. There are some fights that Garen just can't lose, so just don't fight under his own terms.

EDIT: oups, I forgot a few technical details

  • His Q cleanse slows, but doesn't make him immune. Keep your CC for after his Q. If he doesn't use Q to catch up with you in the first place, you should be fine and be able to kite him.
  • In early game (level 13 and below), most Garen max W last and only have it rank 1. Which means a huge CD (20+ s) and only 2 s duration. So keep in mind that Garen under W is VERY tanky, but if you notice he wastes it, maybe you have a window of opportunity to punish him. Maybe! Don't over-commit just because he wasted W.
  • His E shreds Armor if you take 4 spins of it. You can tank 3 ticks of E if you have to, but remember that if you get to 4 ticks, Garen damage output suddenly skyrockets. You should do whatever you can to avoid that Armor shred.
  • His R is an execute, so keep in mind it deals more damage if you are low on HP.

For Leblanc, it's basically impossible to escape the chain if it hits. That thing needs a range reduction in a major way. That or a minimum range so Leblancs can't W up to you and then throw it point-blank.

So now that my complaining is out of the way, advice.

For Yasuo, shut him down early and shut him down hard. In early levels, bad (read: silver) Yasuos tend to push quite hard, leaving them open to ganks, so just gank him early.

For Veigar, wait until he blows his stun to go in on him, because he's then a sitting duck.

With Annie, you need to keep track of her cooldowns and only attack when her stun and/or ult is down.

For the rest, I don't really know.

Ahri can go and fk herself.

Edit: I need help countering those champions. You can counter Fizz by just bullying him in lane and waveclear post-6. Yasuo is just baiting out his stuff and predicting his moves. Zed is just dodge the shurikens and exhaust him. Veigar is just pick someone with high mobility so you can outmaneuver him and get a hourglass. LeBlanc is just locking her down in one place and then bursting her when she can't move. Karma gets shit on if you have enough range and zoning abilities like Cait traps or Veigar E or Anivia Wall.

Play Cassiopeia mid to hard counter Akali, and Yas.

Play Syndra to counter Annie, Veigar, and Leblanc. Syndra is basically even with zed that's a skill match up.

Play Taliyah, or Azir to counter Talon. He should never get within Q dash range with either of them and he'll miss a lot of rakes.

Yasuo is extremely easy to beat

If your laning against him. Harass him everytime he wants to cs. However if ur counterpicked like a tf then just cs as best as u can while trying to poke his shield off and let him push and wait for a gank. Yasuos always push.

Now if ur a jungler, just camp his ass. Yasuo always pushes lane and has no escapes.

Just be wary of his lvl 1-3 in lane if ur weak early urself and pop his shield every chance u can with an auto so u can prime him for a trade.

Also if u bait his windwall early game its an extremely long cd
