The state of Nautilus

He's alright as a support but I agree there are better choices. In fact all the hook heros are kind of useless because of the state of the game. I spend 50% of my time in bot lane hoping I get hooked so I'm closer to their adc without taking damage on the way in.

I agree, the nerfs were too much. With the rework of tank items after he was targeted nerf the patch before, it gutted Naut. He went from one of my favorites to play to a bench warmer.

Please, give naut some of his power back. Start by rolling back the mana cost nerf.
