we need more attention to veigar we straight up need to be complaining more about veigar, the moment we stop, riot stops.

what they did was not acceptable.

what they're planning on doing is increase Q's projectile speed and prevent people from leaving the cage once its up. (things like flash, or lucian dash will be stuck at the wall once the cage is up, and they will travel no further and theyll be stunned there) however the **.75sec delay is still in place. **

the main and core reasoning why veigar will NEVER be a viable pick again, nor will his win rate rise to what it was (47%) is because HE CAN NOT LANE SAFELY

his "escape/kite" skill, doesn't perform at all what its supposed to do, because** BEFORE** the ring drops (a whopper .75s) he still gets dove on and blown up.

Just a point, the .75s starts at the same time as the now .25s cast time
