Anivia and Brand nerfs were deserved

Those two champs are literally destroying entire enemy teams. They didn't only buff mana regen on them, but also Deathfire Touch gives them a lot of dmg due to their DoT abilities easily applying hem. Brand is a faceroll champ, once he gets a kill he snowballs way too hard until very late game when he slightly falls off. Meanwhile Anivia easily could E R or probably hit Q (let's face it, it's not that hard to hit) and then E and easily get her E bonus damage. Those two champs deserved the nerfs.

Swain though, I don't really find him OP. I mean, he was a pretty good champ, but he now isn't the best he could be, unless Riot is planning to change items later or something to the effect.
