Yes, Veigar does very well against Tutorial and Beginner bots, but may struggle against Intermediate bots due to their Q dodging mechanics.

My favorite factoid about new Veigar is that Veigar Bot doesn't even use Q anymore. In protest, I can only assume.

Old Veigar vs. Veigar matchups were actually pretty entertaining. It was this high-tension dance back and forth, and the first Veigar to land their stun obliterated the other. (Or, if they both missed, they were quite likely to blow each other up.)
