Dealing with Rek'Sai

Hello, I was wondering how to deal with Rek'sai, specifically, top lane, but also in general. Every time against a Rek'sai my team eventually is not able to keep up with her because of her godlike split push from all the tunnels she places everywhere. If we're all trying to secure an objective, she's already at our inhibitor. Match this with teleport, and she can be everywhere. In lane (if she's laning), she dishes good damage (unless you're ranged AP), and can heal back any poke. And if you do play ranged AP, she eventually gets tankier than you can manage, while being way better at taking towers down. I just want to know the best way to deal with her. Thanks for the help.
