Kennen needs a VGU/Rework of a sort.

As the title suggest i think kennen needs some attention. Here is my thoughts as a very old kennen main who use to play him none stop. I'll try my best to explain my thoughts on his issues best i can. As of writing this it is nearly 4 am so forgive me if i go on and on, on some things.

Kennen does not have a proper identity. He use to be played as mid laner all in mage, then a ADC, then a bruiser top. This is all because of item changes meta shifting and the nerfs to his Ratios and attack range that forces him to find new homes else where he has even found him self as support with kalista players. I think kennens kit use to be really solid but is inherently toxic/annoying with near perma cc, think Ryze perma snar.

What can we do to help find a direction to take him. If we look at the ninja's most of them are assassins except for shen outside of kennen currently. So we can try to make kennen this disrupter engage champion again but how?, without making him to op again like when we had zhonya's ring. Or we can look at the ninja's as a whole and see what is missing. As in we don;t yet have a ninja energy support, or an ADC. If we was to make him a suport champion how would that work? Maybe make him a bit tanky like shen with fast stun and maybe some damage? If we was to make him an adc what can we do to make him work there? Possibly change his passive give his Q an AD ratio increase his attack range, then finally rework his Ulti and W entierly.

What do you guys think riot should do? Do you think kennen is fine being a top laner bruiser who has a 48% winrate and has an average 1.44% pick rate. I'd really like to know what the community thinks.

On the visual side of things he looks very old in game. He also could use a lore update. [katarina-love]
