People do not know the definition of "broken." Players assume "Broken" == "Overpowered" when really, "broken" means a champion who has a kit that does not make sense, a kit that is unhealthy for the game, or a kit that is impossible to balance.

This, Kassadin is an example of a "broken" champion (In that he can never be properly balanced as long as Riftwalk exists on his kit).

Given that I haven't really followed Season 5 too much as of late (Just came back from a long break) I can only make an educated guess but, Jarvan probably became better indirectly due to a ton of the jungle changes affecting both him and other junglers.

He has a very solid kit. And his abilities allow him to clear the current jungle well. Add in that even if he is behind he can be useful to teams in just about every team comp.

I never see j4 in bronze, if he isnt being playing in bronze by noobs thinking he is op he isnt op let alone broken

What are you talking about? J4 was a common ban in high Elo throughout Season 4. He's always been a strong pick, never overpowered but always strong enough to be useful in tons of situations.

Obscene AD ratios.

Ok down voting this because your topic heading is nothing but insulting to other players
