Please don't change Wit's End like this...

I know that a lot of Champions don't buy the current one but please don't rework it in a way that only Melee champions can make use of it's full power (i'm not suggesting to make it as powerful on Ranged Champions, but this item will be literally only made for Melee Champs).

Or don't rework it into this new sustain item that will make Skirmishers unkillable (Yasuo, Fiora, etc..), Master Yi in particular is strong with this item when you combine his Passive and Rageblade.

A lot of people are already saying that now you can buy Warwick's Passive if this latest PBE version of it goes live.

Don't rush this item rework if it means that random ideas will be thrown around, and having the item completely resemble nothing to the previous iteration.

Tanky Shyvana will have an awesome item with item 3091 again. I cannot wait to build it on her.

item 1401 > item 3091 item 1001 > item 3076

Gonna run her with Grasp or Aftershock while I'm at it.

I don't really see how this benefits tanky champions, the flat healing amount will be useless mostly because it's only effective with high amounts of Attack Speed but even then it's cap locked at 2.5 meaning you will be healing only just about 160 every 2 autos (at max level).

But this healing is also reduced since thr on-hit damage is magical, which can be countered by MR, but don't forget about Grievous Wounds as well making the whole healing 40% less efficient essentially making the heal completely worthless.

Well think about it. It has better atk speed, move speed, more on-hit damage, and the MR shred synergizes with sunfire/W on her.

It’s losing the MR steal, sadly. But I believe the movespeed and healing more than make up for it.

The funny thing is I feel like this will be built less since most ad champions already have a lifesteal and a mr item they can build making it pointless like why would fiora build this over deathdance and maw meaning the only champions that will build this is on hit and it is worst for them since they again have a lifesteal item so you will only build it for the mr part and the mr is lower the one in game now and it is now 500 gold more like why would yi build this over bork. I do know who riot thinks will build this item and use it better then the one in game now.

Movespeed and 50% Attack Speed. Yi might not prioritize it for fear of overcapping, but there are several champions who would LOVE this item - Udyr Shyvana XinZhao JarvanIV Warwick Irelia etc. Keep in mind that, since it’s losing its MR shred, it doesn’t require you or your team to be high in magic damage to be efficient.

The only champions you listed that would build it and prefer it over the one now is Shyvana only because of the ms the rest just no xin,j4 and ww all build mostly tanky so having a item that gives no hp well not be efficient and the fact that your losing mr vs the old doesn't help either.

Irelia can build this but like I said before it is weaker then the old one on her since irelia actually builds wits end right now but it is only for the mr and irelia can stack the current one very easily so your losing out on a lot of mr and that is the main reason to build it on her.

Idk know anything about udyr but the most popular builds are tanky but idk the reason for it so I guess your right.

Personally I like the change. Helps out champs like Shyv and Trundle, who have a difficult time balancing damage and defense right now.

You seem to forget item 3085 , which basically turns the 33% into 100%, bringing the healing gained by it on pair with melees.

True but we haven't yet seen this interaction just yet, they might just even remove it if it turns out to be strong.
