If/when Kennen gets a tweak/buff could you consider making him more AD viable?

I think adding a Bonus AD ratio to his Q like Miss fortune received last season wouldn't affect his overall playstyle, but there is 1 certified buff that he would need and that is having his W on-hit Bonus damage apply every 4th attack, down from 5th.

Once again as I've clearly stated more frequent W procs would also be a flat buff to any build I.e. AP, so I don't expect it unless Riot feels he needs a buff or a power trade.

But I do think he should eventually be more viable with AD and fill a similar role to and being a true Hybrid Marksmen.
