What is it about Singed that makes feeders into winners?
I see it all the time... people with like 2/5/7 KDA on every champ.. losing until you see them play Singed and then they have 60% winrates.

He drags the enemy team to meaningless top lane while the rest of his team takes the mid and bot side
Deaths give the enemy early game advantages. Singed is a master at stalling the game and just outfarming his opponent.
Who cares if you died when they have no towers or waves to push a short-lived advantage with?
They don't just plain feed.
They either execute or waste as much time as possible before dying by forcing multiple enemy team members to focus and chase them. This allows for the rest of their team to push towers or take objectives elsewhere easier, due to the uneven numbers.
He's a splitpusher.

Most of the time Singed can make his deaths valuable for the team because Singed is most effective at running away he causes the team trying o kill him a lot of grief when trying to gank him so if you runaround with the enemy chasing you for 30 seconds you free up a lot of things for your team.

You can't simply feed and win on Singed.
Singed is a tactical pawn. You play him the same way you play the queen in chess, you scarifice him to win the game. He will die to save his team, he will die to take down turrets. He will die to waste the enemy team's time while you are taking objectives. A regular feeding singed will not have a 60% winrate.
My friend who used to play league back when Masters wasn't a tier was diamond one with a nonstop negative kda, but was winning more often than not. He played Renekton, Lee Sin, Janna, and Vladimir.

You don't see it. You don't see it all.
The fact you're focused on KDA makes you lose focus on the rest of the game. That's how Singed mains do it, that's how they win.
We waste the enemies time
But the best part is how we scale stupidly hard and people in lower ranks just don't understand that the shitloads of farm Singed gets counts for more than the odd kill
singed is good at alternative strategies. Singed is strong against people who only think they understand the basics of this game and the related tricks
