Dynamic Queue Times and Bans

Remove "Fill", add another option for preferred role (3 total) and queue times will not be an issue.

Add 2 more bans for each side. 5 total. Each player can remove a champ of their choice. Champ select becomes a lot more interesting.

Or people could stop selecting "Fill" and just choose another position.

A 3rd option is bad idea. I love only having to play top/mid, don't want that ruined by having to choose a 3rd option (but I actually don't mind playing support, but why settle for support when I go top/mid).
