Are there any plans to look at Duskblade or Crit in the near future?
IMO both are contributing to how bad snowballing is and were doing so long before the preseason started. Are there any plans to look at them or do we have to wait until 2018?

Crit items just need a gold cost nerf. Like
needs to cost 3600 again from 3400.
needs to cost 1300 again from 1200. Every
like
should get a cost increase by 200 (not sure about phantom dancer).
needs a damage nerf on passive by like 20-40 or something on it. It should also have its passive change into having the duskblade passive be up if there is a ward there instead of only being if the champion isn't in vision. This is to remove the interaction that duskblade users will always know where wards are.
Also, some other items that should get looked is enchanter support items.
and items like it should get its passive on bonus shield/heal be reduced by about 2-5%. This is to lower the amount of stacking shield buffs that supports get to increase the vulnerability of adcs.
Lastly,
needs to get looked and and probably will need the bonus hp percentage nerfed from like 10 to 8% as a starting point. It is currently too cost efficient and it makes top lane tanks just buy it to protect the carries.
Also, runes are contributing to the snowballing as well with the lower mr. Riot needs to buff mr by like 5 across the board (except mages who should get about 5 armor).
Crit should have a cap and duskblade needs to do less on its own. Maybe split it into 2 items or something
It already has a cap?
I mean on percentage to get a crit. Like no higher then 60% percent similar too how their an atk speed cap.
Crit Damage should be reduced to 175% for ranged champions, there should be an actual price to pay for having the safety of 500+ attack range.
Duskblade is a bandaid solution to the failed Assassin rework and should be reverted to scaling off of total lethality.
