When I 1st saw Bard I though he was going to be a Kung Fu Master

If you look at Bard Design he could have been a Kung Fu Master instead of a Support that makes weird sounds instead of actually supporting and going Wako-Wako-Wako those chimes all game while you get gankbang by Shaco and followed up by Graves and Blitzcrank.
