Riot taking surveys ingame?

I just played a game as Rek Sai and after the game I got a window asking if the balancing on Rek Sai was of high quality and had five choices of Strongly agree, agree, neither, disagree, strongly disagree. Has anyone else got this before caught me off guard that riot actually cares.

I wish i took a picture of it, after the game a window just opened asking if I would like to take a survey for Riot and i didn't really see any harm in clicking yes.

I got one of those earlier this preseason, but not about Rek'sai... And sadly I can't seem recall specifically what it was about. The jungle maybe? Anyways, I think it's a great thing for Riot to be doing. I will fill out however many questionnaires they throw at me, as long as they help improve game balance and Riot's knowledge of the players' opinions.

I got one of these after playing a game as Maokai shortly after he got new splash art. My survey had the same options as yours but the question was asking if I thought the artwork was high quality. I suspect that the surveys are randomly given to people who just finished a game with a champion Riot wishes to gather data on. Like you I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Riot cares enough about community feedback to administer a survey.

Riot has done these sorts of surveys for quite a while. They sample only a small fraction of the playerbase, so you're not likely to see one.
