i think that ie and pd changes might backfire quite hard

ie+pd combo is as fine as it were but if you lane opponent has only ie then he wins by rng even more than he did before rng for crits is a pseudo rng because it takes the amount of uncritted shots into consideration but in this case it does not matter the less crit you have in laning phase the luckier you are when you crit your opponent while farming since some of your crits will go on minions

also for ppl who dont take pd you also make criits more of a lucky strike than dps increase (static+ie= 40% ie+youmu=35%)

the less adc's crit the more luck is involwed in this game

while i agree that ie kinda shaped the ballance for a while among the adc's i also think that hitting the crit chance was prolly the most toxic solution since now those crits will be rare and whoever gets them wins by luck rahther than skill(ie is still >bt since one ie crit will take entire bt shield and loads of hp early and lifesteal is amplified by crits more than ad)

also double pd vayne might rock since she has all the ad she wants from ult to melt squishies with rapid crits and her w+botrk makes up in tank shredding (i saw it only once but she rekt anything despite having less ad than the target, she just critted more often)

overall i need to say that i didnt like your way of handling dfg removal especialy when you say that dfg was making bursty champs burst you with less skills and use the rest for other stuff which was unintended, then you want to compensate for the nerf

its like you would say that you nerf rek sai due to being op but you will buff him right back up
