better "border lines" for abilites

tldr: I want an option to disable the red "guide lines" most abilities show.

Just today, I got fiddle ulted, and scurried outside of his circle. I was running from him, and he was chasing me, and I was completely outside of his ult circle, and died from damage from his ult.

It's not that, my foot was still on the circle: I was completely outside of the red circle.

It's not just Fiddle that has this issue: a lot of champions display red lines to show you the border of where their abilities hit, but they turn out to be just "rough guides" of where you won't take damage. I demand something more accurate.

If I'm not touching the red line, then I don't want to be hit. And if that line isn't going to be "the line," then please give me an option to disable these lines, because I can bloody well guess where the abilities are going to hit just as accurately as the game will. If the guides aren't completely accurate, then they're just distracting from my game fantasy experience. How can there not be an option to turn guidelines off??!
