While I could be more generous with "tank" items (and TBH some of these are bruiser items), it'd be nice if some of these items got a bit lower CD. Especially considering every time "Oh hey this item might be nic- Scratch that, I'd be dropping a ton of gold on CDR"

ModCaptainMårvelous1 votesAgain, while I could be generous, half of tank items have CDR. Most have 10% (Ironically, almost every MR item) which means even in a standard build you're llikely to itemize to a point of having excess CDR. Especially against heavy MR teams.

Elkington VI1 votesWhat tank builds Deadman's Plate? Also, removing the CDR from Spirit Visage would screw over a few champions that can't afford to go FH/IBG, which I imagine is part of the reason they gave Warmog's some CDR.
