How do you control teammates?

I'm just so done. When you go 10-4-12, call 2 barons, call 3 dragons and still lose because your team are just boosted animals. How is that fair? Our blitz chasing down a CLEARLY baiting riven, like brain dead autism level of "this is a bait", our whole team is pinging GTFO but he chases and THEY FOLLOW HIM and get quadded. Since they have Master OP on their team they snag 3 towers and inhib and almost win game right there because I cannot control my team. Fast forward 5m and I call our second baron. Kill 3 of their team and solo Jinx. We make a push. They revive and our HECARIM AND VELKOZ TOWER DIVE. They die, blitz goes back to "save" them against our ping and dies. Then they get elder and win cas 60s timer with no inhib and elder....

Like how is that relevant to my skill? I beat riven into the dirt 0-5, TPed bot and bot aced them and then roamed to mid 4 times before they started grouping...Isn't that the ideal top laner? Not only did he make a riven irrelevant, he is 7-0 and now helping you kick the teeth in of every laner while letting you get the kill???? I don't understand how all these top laners I go against can feed and win but I can win top every game for 500 games and barely get a 50% because I can't control my team. This is why my winrate on a gold 2 account is 65% and my silver win rate is 50%. The fact that when you increase the skill of my teammates and enemies I have a 15% win increase is insane. Low Elo skill cap needs fixed. No matter how hard I make these top laners int, if I can't stop my team from making retarded decisions I can't win. Top lane just doesn't have the impact that JG or Mid does so when your inting a JG or Mid they are going to win.

If I went 10-4-12 on any mid laner I woulda one shot their entire team at the same time @Annie, Kat, Malz, Anivia, Velkoz, etc.............
