Thunderlord's Decree. Grasp of the Undying. When do we get other viable options?
Don't get me wrong, some of these other keystones have their uses and they're not like, horribly broken or anything.
The decisions between which masteries to take is a lot more streamlined and a lot more interesting based on what we had in the past (where most of them were just pure stats we needed).
But out of the games I've spectated, nearly all of them have the (eventual) winning team fielding three champions with thunderlord's decree and two champions with grasp of the undying; or 4 champions with thunderlord's decree and 1 with grasp of the undying.
It's not even close. I'm having a seriously hard time finding a game where someone fielded something else and won. I would like to believe that it's not that outrageous, but I'm just not seeing it.
I don't think this is what you had in mind when you made the new masteries.
And it's not hard to see why they're popular. Do you intend to use 3 autoattacks in a fight? 3 spells? 4 autoattacks? Congratulations, there's a keystone mastery that you know for a fact is going to be useful in the game.
But even taking into account that the two are going to be popular, that doesn't explain why they're so effective. Any ideas?
