About the Stattik shiv nerf
???? The problem with the item wasn't the waveclear, it was that insane burst that adc's got. Removing 20 damage at lvl 18 isn't enough. Just remove the crit from the proc-damage, or at least make it deal psychical damage

I do think the proc damage is a problem, but Riot did say the item was meant for burst and AOE damage, so the crit isn't likely to go anywhere anytime soon. What I think should happen is Shiv should be set back to a flat 100 damage at all levels, since when it was at that number in seasons 3-5, the burst wasn't much to brag about.
