Give Rift Herald a more frequent AOE to prevent soloing it early (e.g. Elise)

Pets usually clump up and there is no way to control them so AOE attack will kill pets quickly and won't allow them to tank while champion pokes RH in the eye. Aura burn (e.g. void energy/mist emanating around RH) will also work nicely.

every champion in the game can solo herald because it turns slower now so you can get the eye by yourself its broken
