Please add wards back to the jungle item.
Jungle is arguably the most pivotal role in the game right now yet has the least control over the game. Objectives, lanes, and jungles are all places that wards are needed yet nobody places them.
Supports don't get their support item upgraded to give wards until after the first two dragons are dead sometimes, so they often only ward their botlane in the tri bush and river bush until 15-20 minutes.
Midlaners don't roam to ward objectives.
Toplaners don't roam to ward objectives.
It's not convenient for them, so they don't do it. Junglers are the only role that this can be convenient with.
I find myself as a jungler constantly having to ward for my laners or for objectives which leaves me with very little wards for myself.
Please add wards back to the jungle item and make it so that you can only obtain the wards and benefits after clearing a certain number of camps to prevent supports/midlaners from abusing it. (I'm looking at you, Cho'gath with smite mid.)
I can barely ward dragon and rift herald at the same time much less still have wards left for my jungle, laners, deepwarding, and various other aspects of the game where vision and objective control is pivotal.
Wards are arguably more important on junglers than they are on supports. Think about it realistically; supports are constantly getting caught out trying to ward and deward especially on supports with limited escape tools, whereas the jungler role is actually made to invade into the enemy jungle and to contest objectives/get in and out.
The whole jungle role feels useless right now because I don't have enough vision control to properly contest objectives, lanes, and my own jungle. On top of that I'm consistently behind in farm because no matter how well I play I'm almost always behind in level and gold. If I choose to take dragon and rift herald, I can potentially fall completely out of the game due to the amount of time I waste clearing them. Is it worth it for my team? Yes. For me as an individual? Not at all.
The primary purpose of jungle camps is to keep me on level with my laners, but if I stop to take both dragon and rift herald on even a fast clearing jungler I will still be behind my botlaners in experience. Someone like Nidalee? Don't make me laugh. I'll practically be a minion with how far behind I'll be.
In lower/middle elo laners love to shove their lane, not ward, get ganked, then die and rage over it. I often find myself warding to protect against that, but it leaves me incredibly vulnerable without any choices over objectives. I basically have to choose "Do I want to get farmed in my jungle, lose objectives, or let my laners get farmed?" every single game.
Please fix my role. I'm tired of stressing myself out every game only to have my efforts be meaningless because my supports don't know how to ward an objective. Give me back the control of my jungle. I already have to ward every objective; the least I could have is just one or two extra wards to cover my jungle.
In a game where vision control can often be the turning point to a game, this isn't a buff that would overpower the jungle role. Even giving junglers the ability to buy ward charges on their jungle item rather than it refilling at fountain would be so much better than not having it at all.
Also; the issue of raging laners stealing jungle farm needs to be addressed. I find that in my games more often than not I have people on my team intentionally steal my camps from me. I have a nerf on me that prevents me from clearing their waves, so why don't they have the same? Reporting them does nothing, either.
Anyone who doesn't have a jungle item should deal significantly reduced damage to camps and take significantly more damage from them to prevent nasty toxic players from intentionally stealing my farm to throw the game. Perhaps even have a debuff that gives them no gold and exp from taking more than one camp per a specified amount of time. Force laners to rely on their lanes, not stealing my jungle when I'm already behind because they can't CS efficiently.
