@Riot: Thank you for nerfing Rengar's Bonetooth Necklace's scaling!

That was the majority, if not the entirety, of the balance problem with him and pretty much the sole thing that allowed bruiser/tanky builds to exist.

With the bonus AD granted that easily, he could build tankier. With the tankier build, his W became more effective. With the tankier build, he still had massive damage.

Without the massive bonus AD granted, now, he cannot build as tankier. Which means his W also becomes a lot more critical in timing. "Should I use it for the CC removal? Should I wait and use it for the heal last-second for maximum effectiveness? Should I use Empowered W to prevent CC?" Instead of almost what was a pseudo-tank Ekko ult sort of thing. Now, if he wants damage, he will have to build a lot more damage. AKA, it will be a lot easier to actually kill/punish him with good teamwork.

I don't think Tanky Rengar was the issue; but Bonetooth was the right area to look at either way. So I'm happy :P

I dunno, his Battleroar is pretty crazy with it's heal and Olaf Ult built-into it.

But yeah, Bonetooth was the major offender. We'll see if he stills ends up needing some toning down after this.

Yeah, I see that as a potential target next. However, with a squishier build, he will heal less in actuality because he has less health overall, even if it's the same relative amount. Also, less resistances means he will lose said health faster. Meaning he will have to react faster if he doesn't want to just be wiped in kind by the enemy team after diving right into them.

However, using up his W for the heal means he will now be vulnerable to CC. And using empowered W means the VAST MAJORITY of his damage will now be gone, as his empowered Q is an enormous bulk amount of his damage. Also, he cannot instantaneously unload all abilities at the same time now, because Q is a two-part delayed skillshot. Which means if he uses Q NOT first, it will be easier to react and stop him and/or get out of the way. Sure, if you CC him mid-Q, he can cleanse with W. But he will not get his Q back until he gets his full Ferocity.

I still think him being way too tanky for an assassin and his ridiculous Q damage as well as the free crit on ult and mini Olaf ult on W is a problem tho.

He can't build tankier anymore though, or he'll lose a lot of damage.

His Q damage is fine. His ult crit is not free, he needs the target to be the one closest to him, except Camo reveals him in proximity. And he only gets Olaf ult by sacrificing all of his empowered Q damage.

Im not talking about tank builds, I think healing for 50% damage took in the last 1.5s is way too much for an assassin. It should at the very least scale up with rank so that he actually has to put points into it to be that tanky. Im not sure if he consumes the grey health or if he can just W+empowered W to heal for 100% of damage taken but its broken regardless imo lol.
