nah if they made it so that it chases an enemy or slows them down as they go so it could actually do most of its damage not . basically anyone can outrun it.

Well, look at it this way. It's base damage is already as strong as most ult's, plus it gets additonal DOT. It's also supposed to synergize with his W.
