Mind games with Thresh?

So the general idea with Thresh I believe I've come to understand is to be engage heavy. Though not so much so that you throw yourself into fights you wont win.

That being said, even if you're not planning on going in when you land a pull and following up with E, I kinda feel like it's important to go aggressive with the pulls (harass essentially) Just to freak out the enemy carry. When you get hit by say, Soraka or Karma harass or something you think "awe dangit that did a little damage. A Thresh pull is more along the lines of "oh crap I'm about to give a kill" not "I have a Leona or an Alistair and he/she's more than enough to save me." What's worse than when it actually hits for them is when it just wiffs by them like a pixel or two. Either way it puts the pressure on them and makes em afraid to get close to their farm. Like they got off lucky and shouldn't take that kinda chance again. Kinda puts the fear into champs that should be going aggressive as well.

I guess you could apply this thought to Blitz or Nautilus support, though I've been experiencing this with thresh lately. (Also that's a steep mana cost on Blitz just to play mind games.)

I like to call this the "Fear of the Chains". It's a real thing.
