Do you guys think the buffs to fizz will be enough to make his ap build good?

Next patch, ad fizz will be gone with the w change. I'm wondering if the w change is enough to make ap fizz viable. (If you don't know, next patch they are swapping the % dmg on his active w and moving it to his passive and they are making his w do magic dmg on hit).
