Make "Target Champions Only" not a default set keybind

Most players (especially new players) aren't even aware the keybind exists and only accidentally press it to which they can then no longer attack anything but champions for the rest of the game but have no clue why. Most people even think it's a bug.

The default keybind is " ` ".
