lucian feels like crap now

compared to any other ad like vayne twitch mf etc lucian gets deleted late game with barely any ult damage to show for it after the nerfs. he'll basically fall off post 20 minutes if he isn't fed and can't harass like he used to and his ult reallllly got impacted especially after nerfing its range a while back... vayne and twitch can practically one shot him and vayne can even condemn him to stop his ult from doing anything. he used to be a really fun adc and balanced throughout, but now he's the same early - mid game carry who falls off even harder to every other adc.
