How does rank team people up exactly?

So everytime I got into gold 3, I'm always paired up with mostly silvers players and 1 or 2 lower gold.

And this time, I have an unrank person who hasn't been playing this game since season 2, come into rank, get team up with me, play for 10 min, and then left.

Seriously?

And when I get demoted to gold 4, I got more gold players and actually good teammate. Wtf is going on?

when you are wining you are expected to be a 30/0 carry me snepai for the four others its why im stuck in bronze.

even if im averageing 4/2 or 3/1 in laning

having two 0/6 players counter acts it
