Small buffs to Twitch

I think a good buff to Twitch to make him stand a chance to more of the popular ADC's is to increase the slow on his W. Make it so enemies hit by the slow are slowed more and walking on top of it gives the slow it has now, because currently if you don't hit the enemy with the slow it doesn't slow and it doesn't even slow for alot. It would really help with his escapes since his invisibility is only good engages and isnt a reliable escape for instance compared to Grave's dash or Lucians dash.

No, I want it to have two things basically. I you hit the enemy with the W directly lets say you get a 50%(not real numbers just an example) and every other champion who wasnt hit with the W will get a 25% slow walking in the area of effected area. You basically get rewarded for hitting the slow but, also helps weith Twitch escape from ganks since he is such low mobility.

or increase to his E, fix the bugs on his R, and a reduction to the delay to his q from 6 to 4 would be great too

Only reason I think he deserves a buff now is since Kalista basically has a better version of his e while being a mobile champion. Probably reverting the Q nerfs or passive nerfs will be fine. Another idea could be that e resets the timer on his poison stacks, so the poison keep doing damage later.
