Rework Lucian Please @Riot

Its too sad when you try to play one of your favorite champions, even though they are completely useless unless against intentional feeders.

Its too sad when such a fun champion is literally countered by ALL of his possible opponents.

Its too sad when a "Late Game Hyper-Carry" does no damage during "Late-Game."

Either increase his health and damage, or decrease his damage and cooldowns exponentially while also increasing his mobility, attack speed, and FIXING his abilities to make him more useful by a team's standpoint, INCLUDING his ULT nicknamed "Minion Killer." Also, make it so he can activate his abilities while dashing.

-_- "Yes, I am playing Lucian correctly. Yes I know about the upcoming ADC patch." So don't bother with those two aspects. The ADC patch won't fix Lucian, and neither will a buff, he needs a rework that makes him useful like a hard hitter like graves, or turn him into the unique champion they were going for and make him a nimble and quick DPS marksmen with really low cooldowns.

Anything will make me happy. Cause its ridiculous to be see a champ in a role with few options and EVERY OTHER OPTION IS BETTER THAN HIM.
