Question: What junglers are capable of power farming, and still staying equal in terms of gold?
Olaf, for sure, since i just tried him. But who else can powerfarm effectively?

Your best bet is 
probably. He clears camps really fast, synergizes well with devourer, has a lot of innate sustain, and scales decently into lategame. That being said, the jungle will never give as much experience as a lane, so it is to your advantage to gank occasionally and to clean up lane farm when possible. I like to run 
on him for that reason.
