Is it just me?

Don't know if it's the right board, but lately it just feels harder to hit hooks. I used to be fairly good at it, not the best but not the worst I guess, but lately it's really hard (and weird), a lot of times I'm pretty sure I hit but the hook either goes through the enemy, or it touches the enemy but doesn't hit... or maybe some times it hits a champion graphically, but It actually hooks a minion who was behind/near the champ, or even better when I don't think I'll hook and actually get the hook in. Is it just me or do skillshots (and hooks in particular) feel incredibly weird to hit lately?. Don't know if it changes something but I'm a Thresh main (I mean, I almost only play him), but I've seen this on other champs on both my and the enemy team. What are your thoughts on the matter?.
