CC-canceling dashes.

I don't know how many people reported this bug but after experiencing this myself today (I think it happened 2-3 times in one game, didn't really count them but they al happened in that one game) I think I will report it (p.s. there are guides on youtube on how to reproduce it on riven, that's how I got to know about it in the first place yesterday, before it happened to me): Riven and Lucian are able to completely negate and cancel a cc ability and it's damage with theyr dash. For riven I saw a video yesterday explaining how to do it (I was just curious about the new riven bug when It appeared on my home, I can provide a link if needed), while for lucian it happened to me as thresh: I had lucian hooked, I reactivated the hook to get on him and when I got on him I used my flay to stop his dash, but his dash just got through my flay like nothing and neither damage nor cc got in, he also negate one of the autos of my adc which led us to lose that fight (which felt extremely unfair to be honest). How do I know he ignored it? Simple enough: His dash animation got through my flay animation, which would be impossible if he got hit by flay either before or after his dash, for that to happen his dash must've gone through my flay ignoring damage and cc (and like I said: also one auto from my adc). This bug is quite gamebreaking imho and should be hotfixed asap since, if my deduction is correct every champion with a dash-like ability (probably only free ones, don't know about targeted ones) can potentially negate every cc and damage on them.
