  1. Scrap Dynamic Queue. Don't care what this means in terms of your business model, it was a mistake.

  2. Bring back Teambuilder.

  3. Make it so players select and queue for a position by selecting a role, a champion, and one champion "a ban, if you will" that they don't want to play against. There should be a solo-queue, a 2/3 man queue, and a five man queue.

  4. Matches are made instantly with no pre-game lobby (unless you want one, that does sound a little too streamlined).

  5. Laugh and pretend nobody was responsible for the bullshit that has occurred over the last 2 months.

  6. Wipe away your tears of joy with stacks of $100 bills.

I don't have a lot of time so im going to make this quick.

Off the top of my head:

How are you going to determine who gets paired with who? 20% of people banning zed, do they get put together?

You cant organize team comps anymore, my team needs some peel for a support not a brand but shame that i couldnt change.

3 ques would too many. 5 man already had problems due to low number of people who had 5 people on at 1 time. 2/3 doesn't seem like there is any point in playing ranked. solo is coming

que times would be like 20-30 min with this.

immagine if you qued as zed 1 hour and a half que times.
