can we adjust ludens echo a bit

direct or AOE damage i can understand.. but when a caster puts a dot on someone and it procs (brand) and when a pet with a aura procs the spell (Annie) i feel a bit cheated. i can see when spells proc this ability. But when spells of spells proc the ability it feels like it has slightly too much power in it.

lets look at annie: R- Bear drop.. Proc - i am fine with it Q- fire ball - fine W- AOE fire - fine E- Flaming shield - fine, but boarderline. but .. Bear flaming shield proc.. thats alittle too much..

if we do a scale of 1-4 where 1 is 'okay' and 4 is 'not cool at all and actually really annoying' it would be Q - 1 W - 1 E - 3 R- 1 R + E combo bear fire - 4

are you not okay with those proccing liandrys too? fizz w, teemo e, brand passive, tibbers aura etc?

We aren't comparing melons and cherries here.

how is comparing ability damage trigger to ability damage trigger like melons to cherries? much more of like granny smith apples to macintosh.

Because one applies constantly (Liandry) while the other applies WHENEVER one of your damage effects ticks and you have 100 stacks.

They aren't talking about it proccing on the ability hit (such as annie's Q), they are talking about it proccing mid DoT (such as the third tick of brand's passive.) It's ridiculous to escape someone, only for them to cheese the game by walking around, casting spells, hitting 100 stacks, and you die two screens away all because you were still under a Damage over Time effect from them and Luden's hit 100 stacks.

Liandrys feels like it should be a residual effect.. and i am completely fine with it working.. but ludens feels like it should be more instant gratification instead of cheese.

I looked on the wiki, Ludens does this because it procs on ability damage rather than as a spell effect.

My personal favorite is taking the proc off a teemo shroom halfway across the map.

yeah the teemo shroom, nid trap etc are kinda dumb, I honestly don't feel like they should proc liandry's either.
