Jhin, the sniper assassin

I'm building him with as much armor pen and flat AD as possible. Forget an essence reaver or rapid fire hand cannon. His auto attacks blow and are one of his major weaknesses and this makes him horrible at putting out consistent auto attack damage. Trying him with black cleaver, ghostblade, IE, BT, MoM, CD boots with distortion(get flash ghost if mid lane). Keep blue buff as much as possible. All of the movement speed helps you get into great sniping positions but just be careful about ulting in an unsafe place. Play him like a sniper assassin. Stay safe and keep your aim true and its easy kills.
