Do you have to finish one Champion Mastery level to start another?

I have level 6 on Morgana and I have one level 6 token on Thresh. I believe I managed to get another S on Morgana reccently-ish but didn't get a level 7 token for her. Is it because I haven't finished getting thresh to level 6? Or is it possible there is some other issue?

if anyone has any information i'd appreciate it.

Was it a S- that you got? Only S and s+ give the token

I just dont think the drop rate is gauranteed.

Why do you want mastery 7? It means nothing when you are bronze

Arams will give you experience up to level 5. It will not give tokens, nor will any rotating featured modes. (They used to, but they stopped that) Beyond that, it's as said, S or S+ to earn mastery 7 tokens. You can have as many going at a time as you like.
