Wtf was the point of CDR in this game?

basically everyone buying it. where is the problem?

problem is when riot does nerf like irelia's ulti cd because of new or fizz's E because of cdr in every items now. jax's E cd is hilarously low now with triforce too, and will get a nerf

what's the point of letting us reducing our cooldown if you increase it latter and forcing us to build CDR?? terrible change really.
