i am honor lvl 2 3 check points for 2 weeks and i am getting at least 1 honor per 2 games

Theres always a chance. If those honors are not from premades, then it is a big chance.

Before I got chat restrictions I was honor 2 for 5 months and I was getting 1 - 2 honors per game mostly without premades

Toxicity even to the point of not getting punished still slows honor progress.

So... like I said... even if you're not getting restrictions... if you're toxic... that will slow honor progress. It is completely separate of being punished. So like if I'm honor 4 check 3, and I am toxic a bunch but not enough to get punished. It's going to be slower getting Honor 5.

Why care? the honor rewards suck balls this season. Honor capsules giving a small amount of blue essence, and then keys? I have more keys than I know what to do with.
