The idea behind jungle TF is making use of his hard CC and his global mobility. Udyr is always going to outfarm you in the jungle. Unless you are Evelynn, you won't farm faster than him and you shouldn't try.

Not sure how he ended up with having half the farm and less than 5 levels unless udyr was getting kills and counter jungling excellent.

Not agreeing that TF is a good idea in the jungle but it can work.

I believe the problem is less that a TF jungle was picked, but more that...

  1. They have probably done it twice and are now using it in a ranked game
  2. They believe it works because a pro pulled it off, not because they've actually thought through it
  3. The team likely didn't compensate appropriately for the lack of bruiser/tank/early level presence

It's actually pretty good though.

People suck at Lee Sin too so it's a tossup on whether or not you get a shitty one, but the character is still godlike.
