Cause fuck did you jump the gun to nerf Sett while Kai'sa is untouched. Jinx is untouched. Ashe is untouched. Jhin is untouched. Ryze is untouched. Yes, there was a bug. No, it did not inflate his winrate, we have before and after numbers. Champ is just broken.
How about the -5 Movement speed to a certain champ that made no difference at all (*) 
Because even when top has more than double the champ pool of botlane, Sett still almost has the same pickrates as the highest pickrate adc. While holding such absurd pickrate, he also holds an absurd winrate of 56-55%~ winrate on his 2nd patch, higher than any other champion in the game.

in the last 7 days he still has close to a 58% win rate in plat + with a 19% pick rate and a 58.51% ban rate
that isnt just cuz of a "bug" because if the bug was that game breaking riot would of disabled him and they havent.
so a champ that has a combine close to 80% pick ban rate with a 58% win rate isnt over powered?
