From looking at your games, one thing stands out to me. My one suggestion would be to really focus on last hitting while making quality trades in the top lane. As a top laner there's really nothing you can do outside of a tp gank to stop anything across the map (not 100% true, but mostly during lane phase). If you're playing carry mages (like you are), you need to be able to stomp in your opponent in lane. Not just in shoving them away from turret, but also kills and more importantly cs.
Having good cs can counterbalance a terrible lane phase. You can have games where you die 10 times in a row, but happen to be 100 cs up because the enemy laner isn't focused on it, bringing you just as even in gold. Having cs keeps you relevant. Learning to trade properly on to the your opponent (when they go for a last hit on a minion) is key to success. (I can recall games where I've been down 7 deaths with no kills and cs the crap out of the enemy and come out ahead in the long run).
If you play a lot of ryze (which he might be on the weak side in his current state) you need to figure out the best times to gank other lanes with you ult. You don't always need to tp gank from top. Learning to roam, fast shove a lane and b (then ult gank), etc. There's a lot of little things you can do. I would suggest watching some streams of higher elo players in the top lane and see what they do.
What I will say with Rumble and Ryze is, play a few games and be as aggressive as you can (expect to lose) that way you can really figure out the potential/power of the character. The best way to learn the potential of any situation is to frankly just do it. If you see the enemy laner use a spell on a minion or miss something on you take advantage of that situation and put your foot down (by showing him you're in control of this lane).
Figuring out those moments where you're in the most likely scenario to win a trade will help in the long run.
TL:DR
Really figure out the potential of your character: tips/tricks/powerspikes/opportunities. Prioritize cs while trading cost effective blows. Be aggressive to learn (expect to lose a few), but then put that knowledge to use.
/edit: Don't give a second thought to teammates flaming you. If there's nothing constructive in the chat, just ignore it. Reading it and letting it affect you can reflect in your play as the game continues. I myself value the mute button.
