IDK what happened she receive 0 changes 0 buff 0 nerfs. But she managed to just rise up in winrate, anyone care to explain?

She didn't come out of no where. She is sitting on a 53+% winrate since atleast start of season 7. Lethal Tempo is helping her even more, which explains why her winrate is at 56%. She won't get nerfed as she gets played rarely and most of the times by mains of her.

Bet that 0.6% pick rate has something to do with it. Kayle's one of those champions you have to be careful with, her win-rate bounces around. Like that time where winrate suddenly placed Kayle at 8th best champion in the game but it was because she was being used just to counter-pick the massively overpowered champions like Zed at the time.

Yeah, Kayle has that win rate or higher in one set, but if you set it to past week it drops to 47.4% or 46% if it is set to Plat+ NA or KR.

Toplane has no options to deal with her anymore.

That's really it.

Press the Attack increases her damage by a ton(and she did a lot before new runes came in)

Lethal Tempo makes her Crazy high attack speed builds even FASTER(and deadlier as a result)

Since botlanes are stupidly high in impact of the game right now and as such, junglers will avoid top typically to instead camp botlane.

And because the only counterplay to ANY ranged toplaner(Quinn, Vayne, Teemo, Kennen, Jayce) is to get a gank from your jungler, this creates toplane in a "trap" of sorts.

If a jungler ganks top to help with the ranged lane-bully, they are less likely to successfully gank.

Assuming that a toplane gank from my jungler succeeds, this doesn't do a lot for the team because the enemy jungler can now gank my Botlane and proceed to get more gold off of a successful gank(or force my botlane to lose a lot of potential gold, still creating that rift between gold income and generally shutting down my Botlane that got ganked)

TL;DR Junglers can't afford to gank top because botlane is so absurdly impactful on the game. If jungler ganks top they more likely to lose.

Kayle is something of a cockroach in terms of overall balance, can always survive just about any meta.

I noticed that too and thought it was interesting, before the rune changes I tried to take her mid and it felt pretty sub par. So it must be something to do with the runes for sure, but we haven't seen her most of preseason so it is a bit curious.
