Quinn passive?

I know this is odd to bring up but is it ok if quinn's passive proc had incremental Cooldown reduction?

  • ex: at levels 1/6/11/16 valor marks a target vulnerable every 6/5/4/3 seconds.

I Know this is very overpowered but shifting the power more toward the heightened senses movement speed boost would give Quinn safer landing as a marksman.

  • for example when last hitting i can delay to trigger the proc so the next proc is continual with the previous, bypassing an interval of no proc.
  • So a lowered CD of the proc in exchange for a lowered ad ratio and higher movement speed buff would make her a bit more healthier.

Additionally some minor kit readjustments like:

Tagging in as valor mid vault to gain the slow proc from Quinn but also the extra movement speed boost. Perhaps adding extra effects for sake of proper execution.

  • ex: a certain window where valor dashes through the target instead dashing to them, carrying the slow (or a knock- up from the dash) from Quinn.

(Imagining a spinning valor diving down to attack the opponent was pretty cool)

Tagging in as valor during blinding assault to take the place as the projectile.

  • This could give more flexibility as a gab closer or escape method. (There can be an added affect if there is proper execution. (Knockups?)

Quinn's R Cooldown would have to be lowered though. So there is passive (Quinn) and aggressive (valor) play
