Hardest 10 champions to master
I was wondering if their was a list of the the top 10 hardest champions to play as somewhere. Not because they are underpowered just because they are so mechanically hard that no one seems to be able to truely master.

Azir, Zed, Riven, Lee Sin are good places to start.
Mastering is a pretty tall order on most champs. You're likely to get a lot of relatively high skill cap champs that are hard to even do kinda good on (such as
), but theres lots of champs out there that are actually fairly straight forward to pick up and play and do decent on, but actually mastering them is far more difficult.
Still, specifically stating mechanically hard does narrow things down somewhat, so you'll get stuff like
popping up a lot I would imagine. There are arguably harder champs (say,
), but their difficulty can come from other things than raw mechanics.

In addition to learning the usual way of the ADC, Draven and Kalista have some special mechanics of their own that you have to learn and pay attention to as well. Draven in particular will give you especially bad tunnel vision.
Relic shield is ideal for Thresh, but he is required to perform actual last hitting, so it takes all the more practice if played that way. Catapults are especially tricky to get.
Ryze is....just Ryze. Contraire to popular belief, he doesn't suck. He's super hard to play well since his combos have to be especially precise.
Aatrox has always been very weird. Because people have a hard time figuring out what the fuck he even is. But when you do, I've seen him do some pretty bullshit things, like soloing a 30-40 minute Baron.
Kindred, the OG jungle adc. Ironically, they're one of the less popular adc junglers right now.
That's not 10, but they're a unch of champs I've seen be difficult to learn.

Mechanically speaking, these 10.
Strategically speaking, the following 10.

Honorary mention to Khazix on both lists.

A lot of the comments you have gotten so far are good examples. I'm also not surprised that no one mentioned mordekaiser. Although mordekaiser doesn't have anything that looks too complicated in his kit, he has a very high skill cap. Due to how low his base stats are and how immobile he is, it Requires a lot of skill to get yourself in advantageous situations as morde but it becomes very rewarding due to how much you can dominate when you get a lead.
Taliyah?
Anything a lot of high ELO players one trick. I.E. Draven, Riven, etc.
Sol is number 1 IDGAF who says otherwise

Many play her but saw no one who mastered her.
im pretty sure singed is very hard to master and the true mains are the ones you should fear the most and no im not a singed main
